Your March EWR is scheduled to be mailed Friday, March 7th. 
George Bush may attack Iraq before your EWR arrives.
If he does, I will move the Chaostan Countdown to zero. This will mean that, in my opinion, we will be fully entangled in World War III.
How do I believe the war will unfold?
I gave a detailed description in the article "Forecast for War on Iraq," page 3 to 7, in the October 2002 EWR. I see no reason to make any changes in that forecast, or the investment recommendations following from it.
This is not to say I am 100% certain the forecast is correct, only that this is what I think the evidence points to.
